Our monolayer graphene films consist of a single atomic layer of graphene grown by CVD on copper foil and subsequently transferred onto 300 nm SiO₂/Si wafers using a wet transfer process. As a two-dimensional material, graphene exhibits exceptional electrical and thermal properties along with high optical transparency, making it well suited for a wide range of electronic, optical, and sensing applications.

These films are supplied on standard silicon wafers with a 300 nm SiO₂ layer, providing a uniform and well-established platform for device fabrication, characterization, and research use.
